1 large teaspoon (3 grams) per 8oz cup of less than boiled water, preferably 175F or less, so as not to burn & damage these leaves. Adjust amount of tea according to your personal taste. Use more tea for a stronger brew. Use less tea for a milder flavor. Also, these leaves will unfurl while steeping, and reveal themselves to be larger than you will initially expect.

Brewing Tip:

Sample size provides at least 4 servings. 1.5oz pkg makes approximately 14 brewed cups.
