Here at Cuppa Culture, our mission is to share authentic teas from around the world, and build an enthusiastic communiTEA cultivated on learning about, exploring, and experiencing unique global tea traditions, diverse tea customs, and sipping through a rich, colorful history dating back thousands of years.

Our focus is to not only offer some of the highest quality, unadulterated teas, tisanes and herbal blends, but also to support humanitarian efforts and environmental sustainability both locally, as well as globally, ensuring the health and well-being of our customers, our community, and that of our shared planet.

We believe that all tea should be experienced in its most pure and natural state. For that reason, our intention is to seek ways to support organic, biodynamic farming where possible, and to provide products without impurities or chemically-modified flavor and/or fragrance enhancements, grown without pesticides, and adhering to the strictest recommendations and requirements when available from every growing region around the world. This way of thinking is also practiced in-house. We use only non-toxic, plant-based cleaning products, going above and beyond health and safety standards, and hopefully providing peace of mind to all of our customers who purchase our products.

We are committed to seeking international suppliers that ensure fair trade and fair labor practices for all workers, improving the quality and safety of working & living conditions, and giving back to their local communities by providing various opportunities for medical/dental services, educational scholarship funds, etc.

From the beginning, Cuppa Culture has been inspired to create a company that strives for transparency in all of its business practices, and is dedicated to becoming a Zero Waste company with a minimal impact on the environment. This process begins with our suppliers. We have asked for all packaging and shipping materials to be eco-friendly. Through our own extensive research, we are very proud to provide teas, tisanes, and herbal blends that are packaged in-house using bags and labels that are recyclable, biodegradable and/or compostable.

Cuppa Culture is an on-trend, locally owned & operated small business dedicated exclusively to tea and only tea.
