Ayurvedic SereniTEA combines golden chamomile with three adaptogenic varieties of Tulsi (Krishna, Rama, and Vana). Tulsi tea has more than 3,000 years of recorded medicinal history in India. Known as the "Elixir of Life", Tulsi is an adaptogen, meaning it seeks to reduce stressors in your body, and calm & reduce depression symptoms. Chamomile is one of the most ancient medicinal herbs known to mankind. The dried flowers of chamomile contain many terpenoids and flavonoids contributing to its medicinal properties. Traditionally, chamomile has been used for centuries as an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, mild astringent, as well as a mild sedative, calming nerves and reducing anxiety.

2 large teaspoons (or 2 grams) per 8oz cup of boiled water. Adjust amount of tea according to your personal taste. Use more tea for a stronger brew. Use less tea for a milder flavor.
